Does number 7 Dorset road Mottingham have or need planning permission for a MAJOR rebuild of the attic and rear bedroom as they have started work and are already significantly higher than the adjoining property and looks like rear aspect windows will overlook the 2 nearest properties to an unwarrented degree.

I can find no trace of planning applications made from 7 Dorset.
It would appear that they are proceeding under “Permitted Development”
If you feel that they might be exceeding this, it would be advisable to contact the planning officer at Bromley as well as Local Councillor David Cartwright.
